Are our bodies meant to be vegan?
Humans are not true omnivores. Although we have the ability to eat both plants and meat, our anatomy shows that we are better suited for a plant-based diet.

Is Jesus a vegetarian?
Many biblical scholars believe that Jesus was a vegetarian. The reason for this belief is because of Jesus’ message of love and compassion. There is nothing loving or compassionate about factory farms and slaughterhouses. These places are full of misery, violence, and bloody deaths.

The message that Jesus preached was one of love and compassion; something that cannot be found in factory farms or slaughterhouses. In these places, billions of animals live short and unhappy lives before dying violent, bloody deaths.
Which religion is strict vegan?
Plant-based eating in India is largely influenced by the three main religions practiced in the country – Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism. All of these religions believe in and advocate for the concept of Ahimsa, or non-violence and kindness towards all living things.
This way of eating – which is based on compassion for animals and a desire to do no harm – is something that has been practiced for centuries in India. In recent years, however, there has been a growing movement of people adopting plant-based diets for health reasons.
Whatever the reason may be for choosing to eat more plants, there are many delicious options available across India. From hearty stews to light salads, there is sure to be a dish to suit everyone’s taste buds.
