Of course, exceptions do exist; for example, fried rice made with dairy, eggs, seafood, or meat does not fit into any vegan lifestyle. However, beyond this minor deviation from the rule of having rice being vegan friendly – it stands true that vegans can continue to enjoy this food both today and in the future!

To ensure optimal hydration, vegans should aim to consume adequate amounts of fluids each day and consider making meals that consist mostly of produce in order to maintain proper hydration levels.
Proper hydration for vegans does not have to involve drastic lifestyle changes; it can simply mean ensuring there is enough liquid intake on a daily basis and paying attention to the quality of food consumption. Fruits and vegetables are an ideal way for any vegan to stay properly hydrated as they provide essential vitamins, fiber, minerals, antioxidants – all mixed together with a healthy dose of water! It’s unfortunate that those who live in the US can’t enjoy vegan options from McDonald’s. French Fries, Hash Browns, and Donut Sticks all contain non-vegan items such as Natural Beef Flavor [Wheat and Milk Derivatives] or milk in their content and are fried using beef fat. As of August 14th 2022, these menu items will still be off limits to vegans.
Can vegans eat honey?
